With the economy of today and technology more companies are trying to save every penny they can. Some are turning to video chat to save time expenses and productivity. With video chat a company only has to worry about the time difference  in the locations and the software is all compatible. A company can save money on hotel rooms, plane tickets, meals, and car rentals. Just for an example a company with people located in San Diego, Dallas, Orlando and the main office in St Louis they can save up to nine hundred dollars just on plane fair alone. This dose not include the other expenses the employees may come up with. If the company is on a budget video chat maybe the solutions to company meetings. If they have a staff meeting once a month they can use video chat, and  then every six months they can meet in person for semi annual reports. Video chat is saving people time, money and productivity not only in business but in the education and medical fields as well.
